[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Dead yureka received in replacement | |||
Hi, This is Sahil Saini, I bough a Micromax Yureka on 22 Jan 2015. I had some charging issues in my yureka against which i logged a complaint in December 2015, since than I have been following up with the your team, at last after chasing them so many times, I had received received my device in March 2016, it was all dead, since then I have been chasing your team, and they keep telling me that your way bill number will be generated soon, which never happen, even they told me to go to service center, when I had gone to service center they refused to entertain me as the product is out of warranty. Same has been conveyed to your executive who told me that it will be done from our End now. but I didnt get any response now. Now they are saying that my device should be repaired on chargeble basis from service center. Is it kind of Service Micromax is providing to their customers.
