MODEL -YUREKA PLUS job Sheet no- E[protected] IMEI -[protected], [protected] I gave my phone for repairing under warranty on 22/04/17 and as the dehradun service center couldn't repair it, it had to be sent to the Dehli service center. They told me it would take 15 to 20 days but now it has been over a month. and the worst part is whenever i call customer care only one reply they have is " Sir, 5 more days.." i tell them that i will complain about it and they are saing "do whatever you want to do" Was this information helpful? | |||

I submitted my yureka plus phone IMEI NO. [protected]...[protected] on April 25 2017..at sharma service centre at kangra himachal pradesh...My BAR CODE is N[protected] My yureka was heating very much from the BACK BUTTON (back arrow) near home button at the right side bottom...VIBRATION was not working... NOW AFTER 34 DAYS I HAVE BECOME DESPERATE TO GET MY PHONE BACK...BECAUSE AS YOU CAN FIND ON THE INTERNET MICROMAX SERVICES ARE VERY POOR...THET DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS AS WELL AS FEELINGS... EACH TIME I CALL THE YU CARE CENTRE THEY SAY SHAMELESSLY WAIT FOR 5 DAYS AS THEY ARE CRACKING JOKES ON OUR PLIGHT. I WONT BELIEVE THE COMPANY TAKES TO MUCH TIME TO RESOLVE SMALL ISSUES...ITS NOT POSSIBLE... I AM EMAILING BECAUSE I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE.. I HAVE 3 RECORDINGS OF MY PREVIOUS PHONE CALLS AND YOUR FAKE ASSURANCES AND SYMPATHIES...THATS WHY PEOPLE DONT LIKE TO TAKE MICROMAX THESE DAYS...BECAUSE SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR.ONE HAS TO SUFFER ALOT BECAUSE OF POOR RESPONSE FROM MICROMAX..NEVER GONNA BUY MICROMAX AGAIN IN FUTURE...THANX
