I have given my yu yunique for repairing on 30/03/2016. Till I haven't received it. My jobsheet no. is ‘E[protected]'. Imei no. of phone is ‘[protected]' . I want to know how long will it take by your servicing team to get the phone repaired and in how many days will I get my phone dispatched and delivered to me. My contact no. Jun 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved On 21 June, I got call from my authorized service center that my phone has been recieved. Though it took more time than it was said but finally they have replaced my phone. I want to mention that the replaced phone is brand new and in good working condition. Everything is fine, though it takes much more time. YU Televentures customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
