Yu Televentures Pvt Ltd — Received yu yureka mobile defective 3 times

I ordered the YU Yureka mobile on Amazon.in on 12th March and got delivered on 16th March. First time when I received it, the phone started heating up badly. A switched on owen would have lost to your phone. I convinced myself that this might be a common issue these days and called up your miserable customer service. I was anyways offered a replacement. And please you did mention that your policy covers one year replacement, however you failed to specify that replacement approval takes 3.5 months (one of the worst thing). I received the replacement phone after 3.5 months and I though ok lets give it a try. But this time it throwed an even weird issue. "Mic" of the phone was not working (come on yaar, now this cannot be even considered). I hope "Mic" is used for one of the most basic function of the phone: "CALL". Because of the first replacement experience which took almost 4 months to close, I spoke to one of your process manager at the contact center to Mr. Baljit Singh who was patient and honest enough to ask me for another chance (mind u saying this needs lots of patience and confidence) to rectify the issue and provide me with another replacement. I being an equally "Patient" customer agreed to abide and waited. On contrary I received the replacement this time within one week (as promised). I was a bit happy and said to myself that "I think now there should not be any problem". However...Again... This time "I received a used phone(This I understood by the fact that the phone did not have the thin flame with company logo which you had sent me earlier and the OS in the phone was already upgraded to "Lollypop" whereas this model comes with "Kitkat" OS and allows the user to upgrade to "Lollypop"). Even if I "try to" keep this point aside, I got a regular notification to install "Incremental Upgrades" which allows the phone to get "Power Improvements" and enhances the "Security" of the device. I hope these upgrades are mandatory for a phone to run properly and hence I downloaded it however while trying to "Install", the phone just "blinks" and comes back to the same page which mentions "To Install Updates". Oh and I forgot even this phone heats up badly (OMG). I called up your customer care on 2nd Aug 2015 and was informed at 12 pm that I will get a call back by Mr. Baljit Singh in 4 hours. It was 12 pm on 3rd Aug 2015 and still I did not get a call. I called up again at 12 pm and was informed that I will get a call in 4 hours, Let me tell honestly I am "extremely" irate and upset and more importantly "tired" of all these. I would want go for a "Refund" and finish this entire thing once and for all. Note that Mr.Baljit Singh had promised earlier to provide me a refund if the phone has a problem this time However the YU Care team denying as they never committed for Refund by them but i have the Call Recording in that Mr. Baljit Singh give me commitment about Refund of Rs 99/- if i received third device defective. I humbly request you to please at least abide by this commitment and provide me a refund as soon as possible. I got call from The YU care on 4th Aug and they give me commitment on same day as they will arrange call back by Mr. Baljit Singh however, Today is 7th Aug and i didn't received any call from Mr. Baljit Singh nor by any supervisor to address my issue.

I am Correcting my one sentence hence. The Refund should be done Rs 8999/- not Rs 99/- That was a typo error. I brought this device on Rs 8999/-
Is anyone there to address my issue...2 days past however there is no updates on this?????????????
