Dear Sir / Madam, Please note that I had placed an order for a Mobile Phone through SNAPDEAL.COM as per description given below for a sum of Rs.5370/- Model No. YU Yunique 8GB 4711 Item Code BD613861 Order No. [protected] Suborder No. [protected] Invoice No. SA84C2/15-16/4365 Invoice Date [protected] In this regard, please note that the said mobile was not working properly (heats very much) that’s why on my request the said mobile was replaced by the company but still this mobile is not functioning properly. Similar problems persist in this mobile set also. Therefore, I request to company kindly get it back and refund my amount immediately, but the company denied and refused my request and not refunding my money.
