Yu Televentures — Regarding repairing of phone under warranty - not delivered after 2 month also | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I bought yu-yuphoria phone of yu from amazon online shopping. It is under warranty. After 6-7 months i was facing problem related to screen(It was not sensing), i have submitted the phone on 27.02.2016 to service center "m/s. J.J. Electronics, dewas" who is authorized service center of yu. They have collected my phone stating that it will take time of 15 to 21 days to repair and provided me the job sheet no. *n[protected]*. Now today is 27.04.2016, two month completed but not getting proper responce from customer care and not from company representative responsible from mp zone (Mr. Anand contact no. [protected]). I had many text msgs to him but he replied one time only after that not replying on call or sms. I had called many time to customer service no. [protected], they are not able to provide the correct status every time they are committing me to delivery device by next week. But now two month is completed but still i’m struggling for my device. Many time they have not provided me the status saying that system is down. After many call only 2 time they have provided me the request no. Only not my phone (Representative name anamika-request no. 2362885, kaushal singh request no. 2362885 (Provided same no.) after talked with shashi kumar but not able to give me solution after that when i had insist him to transfer my call to his senior (After hold of 15-30min) call transferred to gaurav, he assured me deliver my device my next week means between 16 to 22 april 2016 but still my phone is not delivered. I'm continuously calling to mr. Ananad but he is not picking up my call. It is very painful that i had paid my money to buy the phone now i’m spending my time and my money for follow-up and all, i had to buy a bar phone for my current usage it is also wastage of money for. I need solution on that and strict action on yu and is service team and mr. Anand. Was this information helpful? | |||||
