I purchased yu yuphoria on 20 July 2015, it was good looking and specs mobile but there was a heating issue but I thought that now a days android devices heats up so I didn't called yu but after 2 months suddenly white spots started to occur on the screen edges and the display was going blank once in 10 or 15 days but after removing battery and inserting the display was coming after starting the device.then the camera of my handset stopped 1 month ago I called yu call centre at that time they told me that to submit mobile in service Centre but I was very busy in my work and camera was not imp factor for me but then my display stared to go blank continously and now it is blank permanently I submitted the handset in local mmx service Centre(Byculla, Mumbai) on 25th may 2016 they told me that it will take around 1 month as device will go to Delhi, I mailed this issue to yu also, then on 1 June I got call that ur device has been returned due to physical damage in display connector and warranty cannot be claimed. I called yu call centre they also told me warranty un claimable, when I submitted the device it was seal pack and is in warranty period till July 20, how come a person do physical damage inside the phone without opening it and the problem was occurring of display blank was coming from 10 months(that means you have delivered me physical damaged product as per ur terms) but now its permanently blank, yu have to provide the warranty because if you are telling physical damage comes under handsets parts also then each cust will check the handset by opening it after buying that is there something broken or not. Its almost 10 days passed still not got any update from ur representative. Worst and poor service ever seen.
