Dear sir/mam, I have submitted my device yu yureka plus 2 times in service centre in roorkee for mic problem & update my device from stock android to cyanogenmod. but they are not updating my device in cyanogenmod, mic problem also coming again and again. i'am mailing from last one month about my device update but m not getting any kind of confirmation for the same. right now also my phone in under process, so i'm send you a new jobsheet of my handset, kindly update it to cyanogenmod & resolve the mic problem permanently. hope you will reply & give confirmation for the same.
