I had bought a yufit fitness band from amazon in 2015 and it was faulty from begining. when i contacted yu customer care they said it cannot be replaced or repaired but it would be refunded. its been more than a year since then and no refund ever came, they will just keep on delaying your complains until you give up, giving excuses and telling you wai.
Worst customer care experience i have ever had.

Defect reported auto switch of given to mobile care on 01/02/2017. Under job sheet n[protected] . Purchased on 10/03/2016. Is under warranty. As reported by the service centre, "mobile parts not available" . You are requested to replace the mobile since it is under warranty
