Please look into the matter of my yureka plus model no. YU5510A which running on a Android 4.4 but i want to upgrade the same upto 6.0 marshmello or lolipop 5.1 so i submitted the same to service center on 10/02/2017 but still they replied that the same have a part issue of mother board so the same is not available at center till now hence i had no other spare mobile phone to resume my sim and suffer a lot in my business. I request you to please look into the matter and resolved the same as soon as possible. here i attached the service center acknowledgement for the your reference.

I thought you understand my problem and trying to resolve at earliest as possible.

I have yu 5510a which I cannot complain about... I was with me for almost a year. Then suddenly it was not booting up one fine day so I visited the customer care here in my town. Now its almost 2 months they are not responding nor resolving my problem. My yu online jobsheet no is[protected]
