[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Yureka plus phone | |||||
Hi, My name is Priya. I booked Yureka Plus mobile through Amazon on 13th August. However t he device started misbehaving after few months, like switching off suddenly while placing a call or complete blackout. However, now i.e. 18.11.2016, it completely got turned off with no sign of getting started. I have had consulted the near by store and they are unable to function it. Since mobile phones are not day to day investment, it makes my heart -broken to have lost Rs.10, 000/- in a blink of an eye with absolute no recovery of the immense amount of data loss. I would be hugely overwhelmed if the company can suggest as to what to do the cell phone because it has become like an absolute rock.
