Yu Yureka — mobile yu yureka model no. yu4711 not getting back from company

Sir, i purchase mobile yu yureka model no. 4711 on 19 sep 16 at rs 7900.00 from vipin enterprises civil line allahabad (Up) invoice no.861. After going 5 month i getting problem in the handset. I given to yu service center (Micromax) in the civil line branch allahabad. Two month past i am not getting my handset till dated. I call to customer care service they says that you wait for 4 -5 days. But after waiting 30 days i am still not getting my handset. Sir this is my complain.
