Hello sir, This is to inform that i am purchased a yu yuphoria device in amazon store on 9th october 2015 order no:#[protected] imei:[protected], my issue is touch was not working and i am approached yusupport team and amazon, i am submitted to them on 27/02/2015 for exchange new device.Till to now i am not got it.So many times i am approached for that they said 5 days, 1week, 15days and so on.I am very irritating with yusupport team.So please me and submit a fir file to them.
