Yureka — Headset and battery | |||
Hi I bought Yureka on 26 Feb 2015 from Amazon. Order No #[protected] I am facing 3 problems: 1) Whenever I use my earphone to call somebody, they are not able to hear me. At first I thought may be its the network problem. Later on again when it happened I found there is some problem with the microphone. So I asked Amazon Customer Care about it. They told me to contact you for replacement of the earphone. 2) My battery drains very fast even when I am using very little. Today I charged full 100%. But with min use within 3 hrs it reached 15%. I think the battery is weak. 3) Now whenever I connect my headset the sound automatically goes down to vibrate mode. Even when I increase the volume it again goes to vibrate mode. I mailed the customer care and also called their number but still no response. I am very unhappy with their service... Was this information helpful? | |||
