I have recharged my Aircel mobile [protected] Rs 145/- in online through HDFC Bank from this site ZAAKMOBIKWIK.Amount got deducted from HDFC bank but my recharge was unsuccessful and the transaction reference id is ZP52854c6ab3d3b-ZAAKMOBIKWIK. Please refund the amount to the same account ASAP. Thanks & Regards Dharmendra Singh

I am adding a amount of 97 rupees in my mobikwik wallet on 3/9/17. My amount was deducted from mu hdfc bank account buy did not get amount in wallet
Please solve issue and refund the amount
