I have booked tatkal ticket on 30th dec 2018. It was cancelled due to unavailability of tickets by irctc. Status in irctc app shows it is refunded. But the same not reflected in my bank acc. Please find the transaction related deltails below. I was booking a train ticket on irctc portal on dated 19.01.2019 and i had done a transaction though your gateway. Amount of rs. 640 debited my account but ticket was not booked.
