I have booked tatkal ticket on 30th dec 2018. It was cancelled due to unavailability of tickets by irctc. Status in irctc app shows it is refunded. But the same not reflected in my bank acc. I was booking a train ticket on irctc portal on dated 19.01.2019 and i had done a transaction though your gateway. Amount of rs. 640 debited my account but ticket was not booked.

I have cancelled my railway ticket from zaakpay gateaway . Amount has been refunded to zaakpay by railway but still not credited to my ac. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is inr480 /-. My cancellation date is 20 Jan 2019. Please do needful as soon as possible.
