I am john i booked a train ticket in irctc and payment done by zaakpay in my sbi net banking the transaction was failed and amount taken in my account and failed transaction id : [protected] booking date 27/03/2018 amount 525.00 and i complaint on 28/03/2018 to zaakpay.com there was no reply to me and no response and please reply fast when the amount was return to my account and in irctc status was the amount was settle to zaakpay bank but the amount not credit to my account please credit to my account as soon as possible and reply me soon what are the status about my money Was this information helpful? | |||
