Zaakpay.com — cancelled ticket but have not received the refund amount yet | |
I have cancelled the train ticket on 18th of december .Irctc sent a message that money was refunded to the bank i.e.zaakpay but the bank have not refunded the amount. It was mentioned there that money will be refunded within 3 to 5 days of cancellation and now its been more than a week and have not received the refunded amount yet. Please look into the matter and get the problem resolved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

Rs. 91 is debited from my account for no reason at all. I am only left with 74 rs now please try to solve my problem ASAP.
