I was booking a train ticket on irctc portal on dated 02.04.2018 and i had done a transaction though your gateway. Amount of rs. 900 debited my account but ticket was not booked. I have book for tatkal ticket but ticket is waiting list as soon as I am a cancel my ticket but my refund is not credit in my account so please give me my refund in my account

I have try to book tatkal ticket in irctc but due to some error ticket has not been book but amount of 415rs has been deducted from my indian bank account.In irctc it was saying that amount has been refunded to zaakpay bank.kindly refund my amount quickly it was already 20day till now and i am complaining this 2time but it was still not resolved...Resolve it quickly
