Zaakpay.com — irctc (payment through zaakpay) refund not received

I had booked a ticket through irctc with transaction id [protected] and made the payment through zaakpay payment gateway. I had cancelled the ticket on 19.3.2018 with cancellation id [protected]. Irctc website shows that the amount has been refunded on 22.3.2018. However, i have not received the refund in my bank account till date. Kindly process the refund.

I cancelled my railway bookings on 27 march 2018 and the refund of 2340 has not been refunded to my account please kindly help
