Have booked rly. Ticket on 31.01.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 01.1.2018. I had done reservation two times same day from lucknow junction to kasganj junction on[protected] but due to some error ticket not booked in two times but payment not received in my account .pls settled my refund .my trac id-[protected] and [protected].
