Zaakpay.com — irctc refund not transferred | |||
I booked a ticket online from irctc website using sbi online banking. Therafter, i cancelled that ticket from irctc. I got the message a few days leter that the refund amount ₹1125 has been transferred to zaakpay pg account and not to my bank account. Following are the relevant details: Pnr number [protected] / Irctc transaction id [protected] Refund processing date:22-mar-2018 Refund amount:1125.0 Refund reference no:zp566d2c959ea0b Payment option used : zaakpay pg Please help me get my money back. I have booked my ticket on 28th march 2018 my transaction id [protected] but it was not booked but the money was Dedect from my bank account still i did not get back my money. Yet in status it show that payment was stelled. Thats why i am sending the status attached all details. Thank you.
