Hi team, I had cancelled a ticket on irctc for which rs.1580 were refunded to zkpy bank on 10-jan-2018, but till now the amount has not been credited to my bank account from your end. Please look into the matter and issue refund asap. Irctc refundid: [protected] Pnr no. : [protected] Date of refund by irctc: 10th jan 2018. Expecting a quick resolution from your end to this. IRCTC refunded 640 Rs on 3 Jan 2018 thru ZKPAY vide Transaction ID [protected]. This amount not received in my wallet or Card. Kindly ensure to return it to my wallet or credit card. My mobile no. [protected].

I booked irctc ticket on 03.01.18. My amount rs. 1115.90 was deducted from my iob account but ticket wasn't booked. Irctc has refunded to zaakpay but zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back.

Please kindly refund my cancelled ticket amount of Rs 735 which was booked through IRCTC app using mobikwik payment gateway. The cancelled ticket transaction id is [protected]. The amount has been refunded by IRCTC on 3rd January 2018 into your zaakpay account. I want my refund at the earliest.
