Zaakpay.com — money deducted ticket not booked

Sir,
I tried to book rail ticket from yesvantpur in (Ypr) to howrah (Hwh) by duronto ex (12246) through irctc rail connect app. On 17.08.2019 but ticket was not booked & amount rs 2442.78 was deducted from my account.
The details follows below.
