I tried to book train ticket through your gateway in irctc app. My money is debited from my sbi account of rs 555. But the ticket was not booked. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

I tried a lot to talk with the customer care. But none of the number can be reached. Please take immediate step to give back my money.
