I had booked general ticket on 21st jan 2019 from tvc to mas for the journey date 29nd jan 2019 at the time of booking amount has been debited but ticket has not been booked as per irctc ticket amount received by late and same has been refunded to zaakpay. Transaction amount:rs 1715

My mobikwik card has been blocked by zakpay for what reasons????

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket through Zaakpay on 24/01/18 in tatkal, but ticket not booked. In this case irctc sent mail that the amount is refunded and refunded id id [protected], but still the amount is not credited in bank.
