I have booked an return ticket for howrah to puri & puri to sealdah from irctc mobile apps by using sbi debit card on 14 march'2018. While booking i have choosen pay by debit card option but at the end when i got the e ticket it shows that the payments made by zaakpay pg. I can't understand how it's possible. And due to non getting of any lower birth i have to cancel it too. My pnr no.'s are [protected] & [protected] respectively. I came to know from irctc portal that they have sent the refund amount towards zaakpay pg bank on 17/03/2018 but till now the refund money is not credited into my bank account. Please credit the money into my account as priority basis. Was this information helpful? | |

Thanks to the zaakpay team & consumer complaints forum for the initiative taken to get back my irctc cancellation amount with in a very short period.Today(22/03/2018) evening i have got my refund amount into my bank account.It's seem to be an good interaction regarding refund.Once again a big thanks to zaakpay & consumer complaints forum.
