Zaakpay.com — non refund of irctc ticket cancellation amount

I cancelled the ticket with pnr no.[protected] on 18 march, 2018. The refund status on irctc website is being shown "refunded" on 20 march, 2018. But the amount has not been credited back to my bank account as it is somewhere stuck with zaakpay.com which is a payment gateway for online payments done through mobikwik. It has been 10 days since the amount have been refunded by irctc. But it has not been refunded to my account due to the in capabilities and unprofessionalism shown by zaakpay. So, please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
