Zaakpay.com — not got refund of money in my bank account till date booking in irctc site

I have booked ac3 class ticket from mumbai to kanpur but amount not refunded in my bank account till date and status of refund showing on irctc site is amount refunded zaakpay pg account my train pnr number is [protected] train no 22121 and train name is lko ac sup experience please refund my money in my icici bank account. I have through icici debit card but amount not refunded in my bank account till date please do the needful and refund money at the earliest

Sir I have booked ticket no 18-Feb-2018 payment completed i have paid through
my Andhara Debit card
some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 16-Feb-2018
IRCTC says payment refunded on 19-Feb-2018 ZKPY(zaakpay)
but not received in my bank account. Please Resolve my problem
