Zaakpay.com — partial refund of cancellation amount from zaakpay for irctc ticket

Hi team,

I booked a railway ticket online for 6 passengers from irctc (Pnr : [protected]) on 20th feb using hdfc netbanking on zaakpay gateway.

The reference on my bank statement is zp5659ebfea409c/zaakindiarailwaysca debited on 20th feb, amount is inr 6455.90

I cancelled 3 passengers on 23rd feb (Cancellation id : [protected]) and the remaining 3 passengers on 26th feb (Cancellation id : [protected])

I was to receive 2 refunds of inr 2655 each.

However, i received just one refund on 28th feb. The reference on my bank statement is ref-zaakindi-ebfea409c, credited on 28th feb, amount is inr 2655

Please can you check with the gateway provider and help me get the remaining refund of inr 2655
