Zaakpay.com — payment not received against irctc cancellation

Dear concern,

I did not get my refund against cancelled ticket on irtctc. Though irctc app show payment has been made to zaakpay pg.
Transaction i'd is [protected] where as refund id is [protected].

I booked ticket using zaakpay gateway on irctc and making payment through sbi netbanking. But ticket cancelled on 23 and payment was made to zaakpay on same day. But i am yet to get my money in my bank account.

Kindly refund my my amount asap.

I did not get any response from zaakpay so far. This is absolutely wrong why my money is kept on hold for such a longer period?
