Zaakpay.com — payment not received in bank while irctc status shows refunded | |
I booked a train ticket but train got cancelled so i cancelled my ticket, and i tried to book a train ticket but payment got failed, & amount got deducted. Well, irctc has refunded money for following two transactions on 31oct 2018. However, it has not yet been credited in my bank account by zaakpay pg. Refund transaction ids:- 1. [[protected]] (Refund amount - rs. 1381.47) 2. [[protected]] (Refund amount - rs. 1420.49) Kindly refund the same immediately as it's been already 7 days have been passed.
