I have booked irctc tatkal 2 1/2 tickets (2births n 1without birth) on 21.12.2017 pnr no:[protected] for rs.1380 which is in waiting list not confirmed, but not yet reverted the same till now. Doj: 22.12.2017, mode of payment: net banking, bank: hdfc,
Cancellation message received from irctc 23.12.2017.

U have taken enough time to resolve my issue(PNR :[protected]), its almost 12 days passed to refund d money to my account. Zaakpay complaint ID:1822088 n IRCTC complaint ID:7785949.

Hi there, i've booked tatkal wait list ticket on 23.12.2017... since the ticket was not confirmed it automatically gets cancelled by irctc.. and the refund also processed by irctc. I've made payment through sbi debit card.
But still now i didn't get refund in my account.
