मेने irctc के माध्यम से टिकट बुक की थी जिसमे sbi के डेबिट कार्ड से पेमेंट किया था उसमें बैंक name zaakpay pg ह मेरी टिकट बुक नहीं पैसा भी refund नहीं हुआ कृपया मुझे refund करे

I booked the ticket through irctc which was not booked but my account was cut balnce and showing the bank name zaakpay pg I had used the debit card of sbi

have booked tickets by sbi atm card. But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but 580rs deducted from my account. And i stil get no refund. I attached the screenshot of transaction details. So please solve this issue and refund my money. Please do see the screenshot for ful information about transactions
