Zaakpay.com — refund amount not received in bank account

I have booked rly. Ticket on 28.11.2017 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 29.11.2017. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 30.11.2017 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I was purchased a train ticket my transaction id is [protected] from bza to shm on 04/12/2017 but booking was failed my ac was debited by r. 3826.14 on the same, now i want to return back my above amount please do the needful.
