Zaakpay.com — refund amount not yet received for irctc ticket cancellation

I had booked ticket through my irctc account [mrunal1405] and later i had to cancel my tickets. I did not pay through zaakpay payment gateway neither do i have any account for the same. The refund amount has not yet been credited to my credit card account. Transaction id: [protected] Cancellation transaction id: [protected] Refund amount yet to be received: 2730.0 Please do the needful its been more than 6 days now. Was this information helpful? I ordered books from gullybaba.com and i made payment through zakkpay(mobikwik gateway) on 25 sp 2018 and the payment got cancel in 30 sec and the amount-690/- deducted from my bank account i made payment through UPI and i got the mail refund initatated but the amount is not credited till now 10/oct/2018

Hi I was booked a tickets and unfortunately I have to cancelled the tickets on 4 Oct 2018 I was checked with the irctc they are provided me ref number of money refund but still I didn't get my refund in my account
