Zaakpay.com — refund has not been initiated

I have booked railways ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc app. I have paid through sbi debit card. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 02/04/18 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
Please look into it..

I didn’t receive the amount so far to my account. Please arrange refund immediately.

I was patiently waiting but no information so far. Tried sending a mail to customer care but no response...
