Zaakpay.com — refund not credited from irctc for cancelled ticket

I deependra singh booked 2 tickets from IRCTC by zaakpay payment gateway
1 ) hwh to puri (12821)
Pnr no: [protected]
2) puri to hwh(18410)
Pnr no: [protected]
Amount to be refunded is 1270 and 1500
Current refund status says amount refunded to zaapak pg

I booked this ticket on 15/01/2019
And cancelled this ticket on 16/01/2019
But the amount has not been credited to my bank account o[censored]nion bank of India
I request you to refund money as soon as possible
