Kindly take necessary action to refund amount.
It states that refund have been made to zaakpay, but zaakpay has not credited to my bank account, still the amount have been not received
Kindly take initiative to credit it to my account ASAP.
Kindly do the need full please..

Hi,
Had book train ticket for 18 March 2018 with transaction ID[protected], but cancelled it on 17 March 2018,
Now railway website shows refund of 825 RS has been made to zaakpay, with refund ID [protected].
Till date zaakpay has not refunded the amount to my bank account.
It's been long and amount has not credited.
Kindly make a not and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
