[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — refund not processed even after 1 week

My IRCTC booking failed but the money was deducted from my account.The reference no. regarding my refund is ZP[protected]a3. From the number of complaints i have come across regarding the company "Zaakpay", I think it is safe to assume that this company is not the best payment gateway as they have been advertising themselves to be. Get your act together, Zaakpay.

I choose mobikwik to recharge use . And made transaction via upi BHIM app but uts isn't recharged . My balance is deducted from my account . What's the problem ?

Apparently, Zaakpay is one of the worst payment gateways in India as of now but why are you commenting here? I suggest that you create a ticket on Mobikwik's customer care but don't expect much from them.
