Requesting a refund for inr 495.00 for transaction that took place on 22-dec-2017 through zaakpay. Amount for this transaction is not received from my hdfc bank account till date i. E., 27.12.2017.

I tried booking using your gateway on 22-12-17 but the transaction failed dues to no available tickets. IRCTC has settled the payment but I didn't received it yet.
