Zaakpay.com — Refund of amount of my train ticket to my bank amount | |||
I have booked ticket on 6 mar 2020 payment completed i have paid through hdfc internet banking and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to lockdown cancelled my ticket on 2 may 2020 auto my irctc & irctc says payment refunded on 9 may 2020 in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem asap (As soon as possible). If i pay through net banking so why you refund zaakpay. I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. So please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.
