That i have cancelled 2 train tickets on 1 may the amount 1245 and 455 was debited from my bank amount at the time if ticket booking. After cancellation they have given refund amount of 1180 with id[protected] and 395 with id[protected] to zaakpay pg instead of giving credit to my bank from which was debited. All these transactions are done through logging through mobile. Please do the needful

Hashish pandey's response I had booked a train ticket date 21 april 2018 from lalkuan to ghaziabad .but ticket hasn't confirmed irctc refunded my amounts but zaakpay hasn't did the same .transaction id [protected] while refund id [protected]

Dear sir, I Siddaling Kattimani.
I cancelled my train ticket on 27.04.2018 but still refund amount not credited to my SBI account.
In irctc website it's showing that refunded but in account it's not credited.
Kindly do credit in account as early as possible.

On 1st may I booked a train ticket on IRCTC platform using ZKPY payment gateway but unfortunately the transaction was not successful and IRCTC had returned the money to ZKPY but they are not credited to my credit card yet.
