Zaakpay.com — refund of railway cancellation not credited to my saving ac

I booked railway ticket via ur gatway transaction id inb/[protected]/zaakepayment services pvt ltd/ dated 24/02/2020.
Pnr no.[protected] travelling date 12may 2020
My ticket pnr no [protected] auto cancelled due to lockdown policy.
As per rail app notification refund status shows 'sent to bank'.
Transaction id - [protected] dated 02 may 2020 to ur gateway.

Till date not credited to my axis ac used for booking
