I booked a ticket on irctc using mobikwik payment gateway and due to some reason i cancelled it. Irctc has refunded the amount on 12 november 2018 to zaakpay pg and now more than 4 months have passed i have still not received my refund in my bank account. Refund reference no. = zp8c2f65805a35 Transaction id = [protected] Settlement id =[protected] Mobikwik has very poor service or they want to eat my money, i dont know.
