I have booked ticket on 17 feb 2018 payment completed i have paid through bob debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 18-feb-18 & irctc says payment refunded on 18 feb 2018 in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem asap (As soon as possible). my refund id is [protected].
