Zaakpay.com — ticket booked on irctc website using debit card, status failed and refund not yet processed | |||||
I had attempted booking a ticket on irctc portal using zaakpay getway on 27/03/18 amounting to rs.415... The transaction was listed as failed and the amount has been refunded to zakpaay by irctc... But still it hasn't been credited to my sbi account the debit card of which had been used to make the payment... I request you to please look into the matter at earliest.. It has been almost 2 weeks as of now.. I've already filed complaints with sbi customer support but no satisfactory response has been received from their end.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
