Zaakpay Pg — money not yet refunded

I cancelled my irctc railway ticket on 26th feb 2019 through debit card via zaakpay pg.. It has been 7 days and the amount has not yet been refunded in the bank and the refund status in irctc app appears to be "refunded".. The refund amount is rs1845 and refund id is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] and all the details has been attached in the photo.
