Zaakpay Pg — my railway booking amount pending from zaakpay pg bank

Dear sir,
I booked train ticket from kyn to mas apr 6th 2019, but some reason i cancelled my ticket apr 2nd 2019. Stiil i did not received my amount from zaakpay pg bank (Pending from bank end). Please clear this amount.

I have plan journey on 5 /3/19 but I have cancelled the journey but I still not got refund in my account my PNR no is [protected] from jalna to thane with IRCTC app pls help me with refund

Today I did one transaction to Uber Eats but it got failed and money has been deducted. The amount is 1185 and the id is 050419. Please look into this matter and confirm when I should get the refund?
