Zaakpay.com — amount not refunded in my bank account | |
I had made abooking of tatkal ticket from delhi to udaipur on 14thfeb and the journey was on 15th feb 2019. I made payment through zaakpay pg payment gateway using irctc app. My payment of 525rs was deducted from my sbi account and the ticket reservation was not materialized due to server error. I raised this issue with irctc and the result shown as per reund status link i sthat tey had credited this amount to zaakpay.com but ia have not yet recieved the amount in my sbi account.
